1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CRNACareers.net ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

CRNACareers.net is operated by CRNACareers.net LLC and provides a specialized job board platform exclusively for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and healthcare employers seeking CRNA professionals.

2. Description of Services

CRNACareers.net provides the following services:

• A job board for CRNA-specific employment opportunities
• Job listing services for employers and staffing agencies
• Free CRNA CV Builder tool (AI-powered)
• Free CV Watermark tool
• Job search and application submission services
• Resume database and employer outreach tools
• Integration with third-party job feeds including Jooble

3. User Accounts

Employer accounts require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Job seekers (CRNAs) may use the site and apply for positions without creating an account. However, certain features such as saving jobs may require registration.

4. Employer Terms

Employers posting job listings agree to the following:

• All job postings must be for legitimate CRNA positions
• Job descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• Employers must have the authority to post positions on behalf of their organization
• Free listings are available for direct employers; staffing agencies and recruiting firms require a paid subscription
• Job postings expire after 90 days unless renewed
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post or transmit any content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Discriminates based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, age, or any protected characteristic
• Contains malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of any third party
• Is unrelated to CRNA or anesthesia employment

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Paid subscription plans are available for staffing agencies and employers requiring enhanced features. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription tier
• Automatic renewal of monthly and annual subscriptions unless cancelled
• Our refund policy as described in the Employer Agreement

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

6A. Voluntary Contributions

CRNACareers.net accepts voluntary financial contributions from users who wish to support the operation of the site. By making a contribution, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Contributions are processed entirely by third-party platforms (Ko-fi, PayPal, and Buy Me a Coffee), which act as the merchants of record. CRNACareers.net does not collect, process, or store any payment-card information for contributions. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
• Contributions are entirely voluntary, are not a purchase of any product or service, and confer no goods, services, membership, or benefits.
• CRNACareers.net is a for-profit limited liability company and is not a tax-exempt charitable organization. Contributions are not tax-deductible.
• Because contributions are voluntary and unconditional, they are non-refundable except where required by the third-party processor or by applicable law. The first-time-subscriber refund provisions applicable to paid subscriptions do not apply to contributions.

7. CV Builder and CV Watermark Tools

Our free AI-powered CV Builder and CV Watermark tools are provided as-is for the benefit of CRNA job seekers. By using these tools:

• CV Builder uses AI to generate professional content based on information you provide
• CV Watermark processing occurs entirely in your browser — files are never uploaded to our servers
• You retain full ownership of any CV content you create or modify
• We do not store, share, or retain any personal data entered into these tools beyond the current browser session
• AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited before use

8. Third-Party Job Listings

CRNACareers.net displays job listings from third-party sources including Jooble and other job aggregators. For these listings:

• We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party listings
• Applying to external listings will redirect you to the original employer's or aggregator's website
• Third-party listings are governed by those platforms' own terms and privacy policies

9. Intellectual Property

All content on CRNACareers.net, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CRNACareers.net or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CRNACareers.net is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes, salary levels, or that any job listing will result in a successful hire. We are a job board platform — the employment relationship is solely between the employer and the job applicant.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRNACareers.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

12. Privacy

Your use of CRNACareers.net is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

13. HIPAA Notice

CRNACareers.net is a job board and does not handle Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. Resume submissions may contain professional credentials and work history, which we treat as confidential but which are not subject to HIPAA regulations in this context.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered employers of material changes.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Carolina.
