Position Details; • Broad and diverse case mix including General Surgery, Vascular, GI/Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Robotics, Urology, Healthy Pediatrics, and Obstetrics • Practice offers exposure to a wide variety of surgical procedures ranging from routine outpatient cases to more complex inpatient and specialty surgeries • Access to tertiary care hospitals within the regional network, providing strong clinical support, specialty backup, and continuity of patient care when higher-acuity cases arise • Collaborative anesthesia team environment with experienced physicians, CRNAs, surgeons, and perioperative staff focused on quality patient outcomes and efficient workflow • Facility utilizes modern surgical technology and advanced minimally invasive/robotic surgical techniques across multiple specialties • Preferred schedule consists of 10-hour shifts, offering consistency and strong work-life balance while maintaining excellent case exposure • Minimum availability requirement of at least 3 days per week • Providers will participate in in-house call coverage, including approximately 1 weekday call shift per week and 2 weekend call shifts per month • In-house call model allows for strong team support, streamlined communication, and immediate access to surgical and anesthesia resources when needed • Excellent opportunity for providers seeking a balanced mix of OB, surgical, and procedural anesthesia within a stable and supportive practice environment Facility: Facility in Leornardtown, MD | Company: MedlinkHealth Anesthesia | Contact: David
