-Length of Contract: 6 Months
-Cross credentialing needed?: Yes
-Shift: 4x10 non consecutive or 3x12 non consecutive. Need to be open to both.
-Medical Direction
-Types of cases: General, Endo
-Must be able to support:
• EP labs
• Watchman procedures
• Spinal anesthesia
• Pediatric cases for patients ages 10 and over
-EMR: Epic
-Other: 2 years experience. Active FL License
