4MD/6CRNA on per day Not supervision CRNAs work independently Mix of 8’s and 10’s with shared call. May have one 24hr In house shift per week. Cases: Mostly General, endo, ortho, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver. Some Vascular, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary Skills Required: must be proficient in blocks, spinals and epidurals  Rates : $250hr;$300/weeknight call $1,000/24hr $260hr call back paid malpractice, housing and travel. If you prefer to provide malpractice you will be paid additional $5hr. You will need also enroll in the Indiana patient compensation fund if on your policy. If on our policy we will enroll you. Overtime after 40hrs. When on primary call you work 7-5pm and will be in house call 5pm-7am with post call day off. Paid hourly for all 24hrs.
