CRNA need in NM Independent Practice of 4 CRNA  Hours 7a-3p call 3p-7a call schedule: once a week EMR- Medaxion Cases: General, OB, gyn, ophthalmology, ortho,  Blocks, Spinals and Epidurals required $265hr; $280/hr OT $300/weeknight beeper call $1,000/24hr weekend beeper call back rate of $280/hr for any call backs when on call.
