Shift: 7a- 3p.
Call Hours: 3p- 7a.
Call Response: 30mins.
Call Schedule: Mix of OR and OB cases.
Caselos Required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks.
Supervision: CRNAs work independently, MD on site- little to no supervision.
Cases: Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, General, ENT and OB. They do Vbacs, no high risk OB.
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals: Must be proficient.
Number of providers during the day: 3.
Number of OR’s: 3.
Number of Endo Room: 2.
EMR: Epic.
Required license: ACLS- (must be through AHA), BLS, PALS, COI - IN PCF required.
Credentialing: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license).
$1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
