About BSW Medical Center – Lake Pointe
Lake Pointe is a full-service medical center with 148 beds, Trauma Level III designation—offering CRNAs meaningful clinical breadth in a community hospital setting. The facility holds JCAHO Accreditation, Advanced Primary Stroke Center designation, and Certified Chest Pain Center status. Recognized in the top 1% nationally for patient safety and top 5% for orthopedics, this is a hospital that takes quality seriously.
The practice runs on Epic EMR, operates with a max 1:4 MD:CRNA ratio, and currently has 19 CRNA FTEs on staff. Leadership opportunities are available as the team grows.

Compensation — Up to $300,000+ W-2
• Base salary: Up to $273,000 W-2 package
• 401K Match: Up to 4%, Full Vested when it hits your account
• CME Allowance: $2,000 plus AANA dues
• Extra shifts: Extra pay — your time has real value here
• 8 weeks paid vacation annually
• 1099 options available ($325,600 annually)
