Advocate Health is seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology Team at Advocate Condell Medical Center, located in the vibrant community of Libertyville, Illinois. This position offers a balanced work-life schedule, a supportive team environment, and the chance to practice in a nationally recognized hospital.
Position Highlights:
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
• Work-Life Balance: Low call frequency – 2 home calls/ month
• Team Environment: Highly autonomous care team model with strong CRNA leadership
• Clinical Scope: Provide anesthesia services for adult patients in both elective and emergency surgical settings. Case mix includes OB, General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, ENT, Neuro and Trauma.
• Professional Growth: Opportunities for mentorship and leadership within a supportive practice.
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
