Advocate Health invites experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology Team at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, located in the vibrant community of Park Ridge, Illinois. This role offers a balanced work-life schedule, a supportive team environment, and the chance to practice in a nationally recognized academic and research hospital.
Position Highlights:
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
• Work-Life Balance: No on-call duties, weekends, or holiday shifts required.
• Team Environment: Highly autonomous care team model with strong CRNA leadership
• Clinical Scope: Provide anesthesia services for adult patients in both elective and emergency surgical settings. Case mix includes OB, General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Neuro & Trauma. CRNAs can perform spinals and epidurals.
• Professional Growth: Opportunities for mentorship and leadership within a supportive practice.
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
