Exceptional CRNA Opportunity at Advocate Sherman Hospital – Elgin, IL
Advocate Health is seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology Team at Advocate Sherman Hospital, located in the heart of Elgin, Illinois.
Position Highlights:
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
• Work-Life Balance: No on-call duties, weekends, or holiday shifts required.
• Team Environment: Care team model and strong CRNA leadership
• Clinical Scope: Level 2 Trauma Center. Provide anesthesia services for adult patients in both elective and emergency surgical settings. Case mix includes General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, ENT, Gynecology, EP, Trauma. CRNAs can perform spinals.
• Professional Growth: Opportunities for mentorship and leadership within a supportive practice.
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
