Job Details: • Location: Northern Indiana • Dates: Sept 18, 21, Oct 12, 13, Nov 7-9, 11-13, 30, Dec 6, 7, 9-11 and ongoing. 3 weeks on/1 week off rotation. Future dates TBD • Cases: General, Ortho, GYN, OB, Endo • Schedule: 7a-3p; call hours 3p-7a. 3 weeks on/1 week off rotation.
