Job Details:
• Location: Warsaw, Indiana
• Dates: Oct 5-8. Future dates TBD
• Cases: General, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry-every other week.
• Schedule: 7am-3pm. OB call: 3 weekdays and every 4th weekend
Additional Details:
• Must be proficient with Spinals, Epidurals and Blocks
• All CRNA Practice
