• New CRNA opening in Rock Island, IL
• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 7a-7p for one site and 7a-5:30p for the other.
• Required Cases: proficient in blocks. Both Sites: Pediatrics, General, Orthopedics, Urology, ophthalmology, Ear Nose Throat, Plastics, Podiatry; Rock Island: Cardiac, endoscopy, vascular
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Care Team (medical supervision)
• Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
• License required or willing to license: Active Illinois License required
