This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Virginia might be the perfect fit for you!Opportunity HighlightsSchedule: 8 hours, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (44 week assignment)Job Setting: Hospital, 34 anesthesia roomsTypes of Cases: Endoscopy, General, OrthoCredentialing: 90 days (Emergency privileges under 30 days and Temporary privileges 30-60 days available)ResponsibilitiesPre-anesthesia assessmentObtains and/or verifies patient consentDiscuss anesthetic options and risks with the patientInduction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesiaMonitoring of the patient's physiological conditionPerformance of clinical intervention as neededMinimum RequirementsBoard Certified/Board Eligible: BCRNACertifications: Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse AnesthetistsLicensure: Current license as a registered professional nurse; Virginia state license (possible to obtain, but ideally would already have)Education: Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia educationAbout VISTA StaffingA ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Client and Talent 10-Year Diamond Award winner, VISTA has 30 years of experience optimizing continuity of care for hospitals, medical practices and government agencies across the US.
