CRNAs also have the option of living in nearby Williamson County, known for its highly regarded public and private schools, while maintaining an easy commute to Columbia.
At Maury Regional Medical Center, CRNAs practice in a loosely medically directed model that provides real autonomy with strong physician support. The case mix is broad and keeps skills sharp—vascular, orthopedics, spine, neurosurgical, urology, gynecology, bronchoscopy, plastics, ENT, endoscopy, TEEs, and cardioversions, with occasional pediatrics. The CRNA team is clinically excellent and highly collaborative, supported by a collegial physician group in a true no-drama, no-conflict environment focused on efficiency and patient care.
Call is from home approximately once every two weeks with about a 50% callback rate, offering a very manageable and predictable call structure.
Compensation includes a W2 salary of $300,000 plus a $35,000 call stipend, providing strong, reliable income.
