Job Description
Columbia offers a rare combination of high-quality clinical practice and livability that’s getting harder to find. Located 45 minutes south of Nashville, it’s one of the fastest-growing communities in Tennessee while still maintaining a true “Mule Town” feel—historic downtown, strong local culture, and access to the Duck River and outdoor recreation. Continued growth is driving case volume and acuity, creating a dynamic, evolving practice environment rather than a stagnant community setting. The location also provides flexibility for providers who prefer additional school and housing options, including living in nearby Williamson County, known for its highly regarded public and private schools, while still enjoying an easy commute to Columbia.
At Maury Regional Medical Center, CRNAs work a flexible schedule of 4x10s or 3x12s in a loosely medically directed model that allows for real autonomy. The case mix is broad—vascular, orthopedics, spine, neurosurgical, urology, gynecology, bronchoscopy, plastics, ENT, endoscopy, TEEs, and cardioversions, with occasional pediatrics. The CRNA team is clinically strong and highly collaborative, with a true no-drama, no-conflict culture focused on patient care and efficiency. This is a rare opportunity to practice at a high level, enjoy a predictable schedule, and maintain excellent work-life balance—even as a locum. BEST LOCUM JOB ON GASWORK.
