Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00a to 3:00p; late room 7:00a to 5:00p; call rotation approximately once per week (3:00p to 7:00a)

Supervision model (noted as 60% supervision)
EMR: Medaxion
Required Qualifications
Active VT license required to start application
DEA required
ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only)
Case logs required for epidurals, spinals, and blocks
Incentives and Selling Points
$3,000 completion bonus for 12 consecutive full weeks worked at qualifying sites
