-Cases include general, GI, GYN, OB, orthopedics, pediatrics, and regional blocks
-EMR: RPMS
-Credentialing: ~45 days
-Start ASAP once credentialed
-Travel included in rate
-On-site lodging included in rate
-Contract options: 3 months, 6 months, with option to extend
