Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, 1099 compensation
Competitive compensation of $175 per hour
Signing bonus of $20,000 to $40,000, based on years of experience
First and second call stipends, plus hourly compensation for all hours worked
Additional call opportunities available for increased earnings
Malpractice insurance and tail coverage included
8 weeks time off, offering excellent schedule flexibility
Practice Highlights
Care team model of 2 MDs and 7 CRNAs
112-bed facility performing approximately 5,000 cases annually
Level IV Trauma designation
Broad case mix including bariatric, cardiology, emergency, gastroenterology, OB/GYN, and orthopedics
Supportive, collegial team culture with opportunities to pick up additional call if desired
