Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call rotation every third weeknight and every fourth weekend; call response time 30 minutes
Setting: All CRNA practice model
Travel and Lodging: Full travel is available based on provider availability
EMR: MedAxion (Cerner transition noted)
Position Overview
CRNA coverage across a mix of cases
Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
Case logs required (proof of epidurals and blocks)
Clinical Scope
General surgery
Orthopedics
OB and GYN
Endoscopy
ENT
Podiatry
Pediatric dental
No heads, hearts, or spines noted
Incentives and Selling Points
Completion bonus: $3,000 (for 12 consecutive full weeks, when applicable)
Hotel is adjacent to the hospital
Vaccination required; exemptions may be accepted
