Case mix referenced includes general, GI, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, cardiology, ENT, and neuro or spine
Spinals, epidurals, and blocks are not required
Requirements (referenced)
CRNA board certification
Active Texas license
Credentialing
Credentialing timeline referenced: about 90 days
