Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call response time 20 minutes
Setting: All CRNA practice model
Travel and Lodging: Full travel is available based on provider availability
EMR: Epic
Position Overview
CRNA coverage for a mix of OR and OB cases
Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Clinical Scope
Endoscopy
OB and GYN
ENT
General surgery
Orthopedics
Some pediatrics noted
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana license
Indiana Patient Compensation Fund enrollment required
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP through AHA
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
Incentives and Selling Points
Completion bonus: $3,000 (for 12 consecutive full weeks, when applicable)
