Job Description
| $310K-$320K Base + Bonus + Loan Repayment
We are seeking a CRNA to join a collaborative anesthesia team in Nebraska. This position offers a high level of autonomy, a diverse case mix, excellent compensation, and a work-life balance that is difficult to find in today's market.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $310,000-$320,000 + Bonus
• Negotiable Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance
• Student Loan Repayment: $60,000++ (ask for details)
• 7 Weeks PTO/CME
• $3,000 Annual CME Allowance
• State Licensure, AANA Dues, ACLS, PALS, reimbursed
Practice Highlights
• High-autonomy
• Place your own blocks
• Bread-and-butter cases, ortho, OB/GYN, and healthy pediatrics
• No cardiac and no neuro/head cases
• Average work week is generally under 40 hours
• Night float call averages approximately once every 12 weeks. You will not be in an OR during the day. Straight call from home - ask me for details.
