General anesthesia and adult/pediatric anesthesia are preferred. - Exclusions: No Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head/Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatrics (complex), Regional, or Thoracic surgeries are expected to be performed by the locum. - EMR: SAN ANES REQUIREMENTS: - Licensure: Active Indiana state license required - Certifications: ACLS and PALS are required. - Compliance: Must be enrolled in the PCF (Patient's Compensation Fund). - Geography: Provider must live 90+ miles away from the facility.
