Renew Medical Group is seeking experienced and new-graduate CRNAs to join our growing anesthesia team at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, CA. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice autonomously within a supportive Care Team Model environment, handling a diverse case load in a dynamic surgical setting.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

- Diverse case types: Spine, general, ortho, gyn, urology, vascular, robotics, GI, cath lab, IR
COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN
Shift Options:
- 8-hour shift: $1,440
- 10-hour shift: $1,800
- 12-hour shift: $2,160
- Partial shift (less than 8 hours): $180/hour
Call Structure (Equitable Rotation):
- Weekday call: $500
- Weekend call: $1,000
- Callback: $205/hour
Annual Estimate: $320,000–$340,000+ based on typical full-time schedule with equitable call distribution
SCHEDULE
- Shift-based staffing with flexible options
- Equitable call distribution — no fixed minimum requirements
- Call included in rotation structure (weekday and weekend calls compensated separately)
- Time off: Variable; paid only for weeks worked

REQUIREMENTS
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
