• New CRNA opening in Saint Augustine FL
• Monday-Friday 7a-3p, no call or weekends
• Required Cases: Orthopedics, General, Gynecology, gastrointestinal, urology, podiatry, ear/nose/throat, neuro
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): SIS and Cerner
• Care Team 1:3 or 1:4
• 2 new facilities opening in the fall.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
• Active Florida License required
• Malpractice Insurance provided.
• Full travel and housing provided.
