Full-Time Opportunity
Tim is actively seeking one full-time CRNA to provide coverage beginning October 12, 2026 (4 weeks per month + 1 weekend of call). He would prefer a single provider for continuity but is open to two CRNAs sharing the assignment.
If a full-time provider is not secured for October, the facility will need to fill coverage on a piecemeal basis for the following dates:
Oct. 12-15
Oct. 26-30
Nov. 9-13 (weekend call Nov. 14-15)
Nov. 16-20 (weekend call Nov. 21-22)
Dec. 14-18 (2 providers needed)
Dec. 21-25 (Dec. 25 is a holiday)
Dec. 28-Jan. 1 (2 providers needed; Jan. 1 is a holiday)
Call requirements: Some weekends may not be available if they have a staff request.
They try to accommodate the locums the best they can.
Call shifts are on a rotation with permanent staff.
Call schedule (frequency, second call, in-house): Locum Provider will work post call day.
Providers that can give weekday call of 1 or 2 nights would be great.
Call response time in the contract is 30 minutes. (CRNA’s usually get there sooner).
OB and intubations for trauma are the main call backs.
Since there are no general surgeons in town call backs are very minimal!
Overtime expectations: Overtime to kick in after 8 hours each day.
Reimbursed at $245.00/hour to be paid at the nearest 15 minutes. Anticipate some overtime with this assignment.
Pay Rates:
PR: $240.00/hr
OT: $250.00/hr
On Call: $400/day to carry the beeper M-F evenings
24-hr Weekend call: $1,700.00 per 24 hours of call coverage. (2 hrs of gratis was able to get client to remove this as of 2/27/26)
Call Back: $250.00/hour (2-hr gratis)
