Will take as early as August 3rd- but the 2 week rotation will start August 31st. so can work a few weeks back to back before beginning the rotation.

What is driving the need: staff shortages/ Had Staff CRNA resign.
Cases (required vs ideal): A typical day consists of 3 ORs running and a scope room. The facility sees an average of 5-15 cases/day. Average cut time is 0700. Bread and butter cases; Labor epidurals. Surgeons in town include ortho (lots of totals, shoulders, knees), OB/GYN and Generals. No spines, no neuro, no heart or no vascular.
Patient volume: Can vary based on types of cases- average 5 per day
Patient age range: Geriatric to Peds *for ENT Peds are over 9 months
Support staff: Full OR support Staff- techs and nursing staff
Number of beds or ORs: 25 beds/ 3 OR’s and 1 scope room always running
EMR: currently in Epic migration in place by July
