Novus Anesthesia Partners is excited to partner with Pella Regional Health Center! We are dedicated to building a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment while expanding our mission to improve the delivery of anesthesia for rural and community hospitals.
We are seeking talented CRNAs to help us in Pella. IA. You will work collaboratively in a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.
Caseload includes: Gen Surge, GI, Podiatry, Urology, OB/Gyn, Ophthalmology, and Orthopedics
Compensation: W2 or 1099 Option
• $380K 1099 Option
• 26 Weeks Per Year
• W2 Option Available
• Company Housing Provided

Qualifications:
· Candidates with strong independent practice experience including OB anesthesia, as well as regional and neuraxial anesthesia
· All Novus providers must meet state licensure requirements.
· Providers must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where they will have privileges.
· Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.
· Must have solid decision-making ability.
· Current certification as a CRNA with an IA license, Controlled Substance and DEA
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
· Assist with patient preparation and recovery.
· Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
