Job Description
USAP-Tennessee is looking for a CRNA to join our downtown float pool team at Tristar Centennial Medical Center, Tristar Summit Medical Center and occasionally Tristar Skyline Medical Center!
USAP-Tennessee serves the greater Nashville market with a collaborative team of more than 300 anesthesiologists and CRNAs providing care across multiple hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers throughout Middle Tennessee.

Tristar Centennial Medical Center
• Largest location located in the heart of downtown Nashville. Cases include OB, Cardiac, Pediatrics, General, Endo, Plastics, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, and more!
• 750-bed hospital with 55-60 ORs
• USAP TN has been providing Anesthesia services to Centennial for over 20 years. Averages 39,000 cases a year
Tristar Skyline Medical Center
• Level I trauma center northeast of downtown Nashville off I65, just 5 miles north of the city
• Close knit team of 11 CRNAs and 7 Physicians
• 353-bed facility with 12 ORs averages 8500 cases a year.
• Recognized as a comprehensive stroke and neurology center.
• As an accredited chest pain center with PCI, TriStar Skyline is a leading provider of emergency heart care.
Tristar Summit is located in Hermitage, TN - 15 minutes outside of Nashville, TN.
It is a 190-bed hospital with 13 operating rooms, offering a diverse case load and opportunitiy for CRNAs to do regional.
Team consist 20 CRNAs and 8 MDs, providing excellent support and collaboration
Schedule:
All shifits working 4 10's
NO call, holidays or nights

Starting Base Salary $260k
Up to $100k signing bonus
