Join a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team in the Tyler, Texas area, where CRNAs play an essential role in providing high-quality care. This is a hospital-employed W-2 opportunity at a Level 2 Trauma Center, offering a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling, and no-call requirements.

Diverse Case Exposure: Trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, eyes, EP, and GI. Optional OB cases available for those proficient in epidural and spinal anesthesia. No hearts or transplants.
Flexible Scheduling: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available, with additional 16- and 24-hour shifts after onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits Package
Guaranteed 40 hours/week pay
Overtime Pay for hours worked over 40 per week
Shift Differentials: Evening, night, and weekend differentials can be stacked for additional earnings
Holidays paid at 1.5x pay rate
