OPEN TO LOCAL LOCUMS Schedule (10s Negotiable) 5 x 8-hour shifts per week Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM No Call OT: Rare Case Mix Adult patients only (No Pediatrics) GI and GU cases Mix of personally performed cases and supervision Supervision ratio: 1:3 or 1:4 Facility Details 5 Operating Rooms Documentation: Paper charting with iPro Privileging Timeline: Approximately 30 days Provider Expectations Providers are expected to work the full scheduled shift as outlined below: 8-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Providers must be actively working for the entire scheduled shift, excluding the unpaid lunch break, for a total of 8 hours worked per day.
