This location is operational 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday and sees approximately 8-12 patients per room daily. LOCATION: Citrus Endoscopy and Surgery Center 6412 W Gulf-to-Lake Hwy Crystal River, FL 34429 DETAILS: - 2 room center - 7am - 4pm - Each room does approximately 8-12 cases daily - $190/hr.
