CRNA Opportunity — West Reading, PA (Philadelphia area)
High-acuity OR work with a predictable weekday rhythm: no call, Epic, strong support, and a 24+ OR footprint. Built for CRNAs who want consistent volume in a supervised, team-based model.
Assignment:
Providers Needed: Multiple providers welcomed
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: Mon–Fri
- 5x8s or 4x10s (full-time only)
- OT after 40 hrs/week
- Call: None
- Rate: ✅ $240/hr + Travel & Lodging
- EMR: Epic
- Nearest Airport: Philadelphia (PHL)
- Allowed Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
✅ You’ll Be a Fit If You Have
- Active PA license
- Full-time availability (3–4 weeks/month required)
- Comfort in a busy, high-volume OR environment
- Preference for supervised, anesthesiologist-led team care
Facility & Case Mixture
- Inpatient
- Trauma Level: I | Stroke Certified: Yes
- Coverage: All surgeries with anesthesiologist collaboration
- Cases:
✅ Heads
✅ Healthy peds (lower volume)
✅ Mitral Clips + Watchman
No OB
No open heart
- Support: Anesthesia Techs + SCAs
- No APP supervision | No teaching/resident supervision
- Credentialing: ~60 days
