Job Description
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Start: July 1st preference.
Shift: 10s, 12s or 13s – 3 shifts/wk minimum but can add more if clinician wants.
Call: Optional
Need 1 year experience and clean files only. Must have TX License in hand
Cases: Need to be open to Vascular/Thoracic. Pump cases if interested, but not required. When needed, provider will float to general cases.
