Locums CRNA opening in Syracuse, NY.
Shifts:
12's now accepted 5 x 8s preferred, 4 x10s will be considered
Shifts start at 7a for all providers.
8-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
10-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
12-hour Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM [NOT IDEAL]
Providers are expected to be working for the entire duration of their respective shifts (excluding the unpaid lunch break), totaling 8 or 10 hours of work time.
Call: Inhouse OB call preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive Hourly Rate
• Premium Call & OT rate if applicable
• COMPLETION BONUS: (520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks) - $20,000
• Travel, Car & Lodging Stipends
• Paid Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage
Cases: General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few).
Supervision. MOR and surgery centers only. If supervising the ratio is 1:3.
No OT
Call: Inhouse OB call preferred
MOR-17 rooms (includes EP/Cath Lab, GI, and IR)/Madison Irving Surgery Center-4/Physician Office Building-4/ Labor & Delivery-3
30 day emergency privileging time frame.
Holds a current license as a registered professional nurse and complies with any applicable state statutory or requirements concerning the advanced practice of nursing Graduation from a program of nurse anesthesia education accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) or its predecessor Complies with one of the following requirements regarding certification or initial certification or recertification: Meets requirements above and is awaiting on initial certification or Is currently certified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or it predecessor or Is currently recertified by the AANA Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.
