Seeking: Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesiology in Danville, IL
Position Highlights:
-Location: Danville, IL
-Setting: Medical Center
-Case Mix: General, Ortho, OB
-Site Charting System: Epic
-Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 5
-Are MDs supervising CRNAs?: Yes
-What is the MD to CRNA ratio?: 1 to 3 OR 1 to 2
-Are MDs doing their own cases?: Yes
-Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License? Yes
-Credentialing: 30-60 days
-Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:
-Duration of 24 weeks with possible option to extend
-8 hours: Required
-Other Shift Time- Not Needed
-Is Overtime Expected?: No
-Day Shift: Preferred
-As Needed: Preferred

Responsibilities | Pre-anesthesia assessment | Obtains and/or verifies patient consent | Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient | Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia | Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition | Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements | Current license as a registered professional nurse | Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education | Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
