Advocate Health is seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology Team at Aurora Medical Center - Kenosha, located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This position offers a balanced work-life schedule, a supportive team environment, and the chance to practice in a vibrant, community-focused setting.
About Advocate Aurora Medical Center – Kenosha: With 74 beds, the medical center is a nationally recognized health care provider offering a wide range of medical specialties to the people of Racine, Kenosha and Northern Illinois.
Position Highlights:
· Schedule: Monday through Friday with 4 – 10-hour shifts
· Work-Life Balance: No on-call duties, weekends, or holiday shifts required.
· Team Environment: Independent practice model and strong CRNA leadership
· Clinical Scope: Provide anesthesia services for adult patients in both elective and emergency surgical settings. Case mix includes General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, ENT, healthy Pediatrics. CRNAs can perform Spinals, Epidurals and Peripheral Nerve Blocks. Regional experience is not required.

· $100,000 sign-on bonus, $121-159/hour ($251,680-330,720 annually)
