Job Description
$20,000 Completion Bonus (520 hrs in 17 weeks)
⚠️ Must have full 4 weeks/month availability
Case Mix
General | Ortho (BLOCKS REQUIRED)
Practice at top of scope in a high-volume ortho setting
Schedule
10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
No call, no weekends
OT not expected (but available)
Full shift adherence required
Practice Details
8 ORs
Supervision model (4:1 CRNA to MD)
MDs do not run own cases
Charting: iPro
Cross-credentialing required at Crouse
