About the Practice:
An established private anesthesia practice in the San Bernardino CA area is seeking a CRNA for OB coverage.
Opportunity:
Part-time autonomous CRNA opening for OB coverage.
Responsibilities:
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for OB cases.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the outpatient setting.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Strong clinical skills and the ability to independently manage anesthesia for the specified range of outpatient surgical cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical judgments.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an efficient outpatient setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
