About the Practice:
An established and well-respected private practice located in the desirable Monmouth County & Toms River areas of New Jersey. Practice is dedicated to providing high-quality anesthesia services exclusively for outpatient surgical procedures.
Opportunity:
The practice has immediate full-time and part-time CRNA job openings focused solely on outpatient surgery, working approximately four (4) days per week with an average workweek of 32 hours. Enjoy an exceptional work-life balance with no call, no nights, and no weekends! Flexible shift options are available. New Jersey licensure is required. The practice enthusiastically welcomes applications from Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) nearing graduation.
Responsibilities:
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the outpatient setting.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) 1 or eligibility to sit for the certification exam (for SRNAs).
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an efficient outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $280,000-$320,000 per year for full-time positions (commensurate with experience). Part-time compensation will be pro-rated.
