About the Practice:
An established group in a beautiful vacation area near the Ozarks in northern Arkansas is seeking an experienced CRNA for a full-time position. The practice provides anesthesia services across a broad range of surgical specialties in a collaborative and efficient setting.
Opportunity:
This full-time CRNA job opening includes a variety of cases such as vascular, thoracic, pediatrics, orthopedics, and outpatient surgery. The call schedule is once per week and once every fourth week, with a post-call day off. This position is open to experienced CRNAs only.
Responsibilities:
Administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Participate in a call schedule of once per week and one week out of every four, with a post-call day off.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arkansas (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Experienced CRNAs only.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage anesthesia for the specified range of surgical cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Annual Salary: $240,000+.
Call Schedule: Once per week and one week out of every four, with a post-call day off.
