About the Practice: A facility in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a part-time position. The practice focuses on adult dentistry cases in a streamlined and efficient setting. Opportunity: This is a part-time opening for CRNAs to work 100% autonomously—no supervision required. The schedule typically runs from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with most days finishing early. Cases average 2-5 per day. No call, nights, or weekends. Experienced CRNAs only. Responsibilities: Provide and manage anesthesia autonomously for adult dentistry cases. Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans. Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Adhere to all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines. Work independently and efficiently. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia. Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Valid and unrestricted North Carolina RN license (or eligible for licensure). Significant experience as a CRNA is required. Proven ability to practice autonomously and manage cases efficiently. Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for adult dentistry procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
