Opportunity:
Join a thriving and independent facility in the Ocean Township NJ area dedicated to providing high-quality anesthesia services for outpatient surgery procedures. We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) & SRNAs for both full-time and part-time positions. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice endoscopy, cosmetic, urology, ENT, podiatry with no on-call or night responsibilities. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team committed to patient safety and excellent outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia for a variety of procedures.
Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed.
Manage emergence and provide post-anesthesia care in accordance with established protocols.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Proficiency in airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency response.
Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:
Full-Time:
Salary: $300,000 per year on a W-2 basis.

Part-Time:
Per Diem Rate: $1,800 per day with an (8) hour guarantee.
Schedule (for both Full-Time & Part-Time):
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday for (4) 10s per week.
Start times are either 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM.
End times are either 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM.
No call, nights or weekends required.
