About the Practice:
A well-established and respected private anesthesia practice in the Cincinnati, Ohio area is seeking motivated CRNAs for both full-time and part-time positions. The practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality anesthesia services exclusively for urological procedures in an efficient and patient-focused outpatient setting.
Opportunity:
Immediate part-time and full-time CRNA job openings are available, focused solely on urology cases. This opportunity offers excellent work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule and no call, nights, or weekends. Full-time positions include the option of four (10-hour) shifts or five (8-hour) shifts per week, with typical hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Part-time roles are available for 2–3 days per week. Applications from Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) nearing graduation are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of urological procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with urologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) or eligibility to sit for the certification exam (for SRNAs).
Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage anesthesia for urological procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an efficient outpatient setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:
Full-Time:
Annual Salary: $245,000+ (commensurate with experience).
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 for a 3-year commitment.
