About the Practice:
A medical facility in the Houston TX area is seeking experienced CRNAs to join their team on an ongoing part-time basis. The position may evolve into full time. The practice focuses on providing anesthesia services for MAC procedures in a collaborative and efficient environment. Shifts typically run from 7–8 AM to 2 PM, and the position offers a highly competitive per diem rate.
Opportunity:
The facility has immediate part-time CRNA job openings to provide anesthesia for MAC cases, with scheduling options ranging from two (2) to three (3) days per week on an ongoing basis. This position offers a predictable daytime schedule with hours typically from 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of MAC procedures.
Conduct pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
CRNAs with prior experience in administering anesthesia for MAC procedures preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:
Per Diem Rate: highly competitive.

Benefits: This is a per diem position, and no additional benefits are offered by the facility.
