Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia for a wide-ranging caseload, including General Surgery and complex Cardiac cases.
Collaborate with a world-class surgical team to manage high-acuity cardiac patients.
Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and develop patient-specific anesthetic plans.
Monitor intraoperative hemodynamics and manage anesthetic depth for various surgical complexities.
Lead post-operative recovery transitions to ensure patient stability and safety.
Participate in general & cardiac call rotations with a focus on high-quality emergency response.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in the State of Michigan (or eligibility for licensure).
National certification by the NBCRNA.
SRNAs are welcome and highly encouraged to apply!
A strong interest or previous experience in Cardiac Anesthesia.
Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure cardiac or trauma situations.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a physician-CRNA care team model.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Highly competitive base salary (commensurate with experience).
Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 for a full-time commitment.
Call Schedule: General call and Heart call.
