Job Description
Join a well-established anesthesia team serving a large multi-county area in Nebraska. This independent CRNA opportunity offers a strong compensation package, excellent autonomy, and a supportive team environment.
Practice Highlights
• Collaborative anesthesia care team consisting of anesthesiologists and CRNAs. CRNA’s practice with a high level of autonomy- put your regional anesthesia skill set to use!
• New graduates welcome
Schedule/ Case Mix
• General, ortho, OB/GYN, Endo, B& B, trauma, ENT, urology . Cut times usually start at 0700
• CRNAs place regional blocks, spinals, and epidurals
Surgical Volume
• 7 OR's with approximately 20-24 cases/day. Average 5 cases per day/provider
Call
• CRNAs take primary call with anesthesiologist backup with 30 minute respons
• Approximately 7 call shifts/month (this includes weekend call from home)
• Additional compensation available for extra call coverage
Compensation & Benefits
• $280,000 W-2 Base Salary + OT@ $200.00/hour
• 5 days PTO (vacation/CME/holidays)
• $3,700/year CME allowance
• Retirement match
• $100,000 loan repayment (ask me for details!)
• Significant sign-on bonus potential through state-funded program (ask me for details!)
