Central Kentucky Anesthesia (CKA) is formally seeking multiple qualified, full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our established practice, which operates under a medical supervision model. CKA Comprehensive Package:
- $225,000 - $277,000 starting compensation
- 7-9 weeks PTO
- 15% retirement contributions
- Company-paid Health Insurance (single/family)
- $3500 HSA contribution
- $60,000 sign on bonus
- $4,000 CME
- Company-paid Long-term disability insurance
- Company-paid life insurance
- Company-paid Malpractice
Total comprehensive package $309,000-369,000.
CKA Scheduling
- Flexible scheduling (8, 10, & 12-hour shift options)
- 36, 40, and 48-hour positions
- No call, No weekends, No holidays
- W2 or 1099 positions available
- Ability to pick up weekend shifts or trade in vacations for additional income.

Join us at our 400+ bed hospital and play a vital role in delivering anesthetic care across a diverse range of surgical specialties, including thoracic, orthopedic, neurological, general surgery, and some pediatric cases. Baptist Health is equipped with 20 operating rooms and is currently undergoing expansion to add additional ORs. CKA CRNAs do not perform OB or open-heart procedures, allowing our CRNAs to focus on their area of expertise in a dynamic, supportive environment.
