Employment Type: 1099 independent contractor
Compensation
OR Coverage: $185/hr
Estimated OR-Based Annual Compensation:
~$325,600 (40 hrs/week, 44 weeks/year)

This position balances autonomy with reliable in-house support. You’ll work alongside an experienced anesthesia team in a stable, high-functioning hospital while maintaining a predictable full-time schedule.
Requirements
Active CRNA license
Eligible for California licensure
Comfortable with OR coverage
